7-27 Check-In

July is winding down.  You’ve had plenty of time to figure out whether your goal is working for you or whether you need to tweak.  Have you figured out how to reward yourself for success?  I recommend chocolate and books.

  1. I hadn’t even thought of rewarding myself. Hmmm…

    I did reajust my goals though. I swiched to weekly word count goals from daily ones. I think it’s really going to help my productivity and stress level.

    1. I’ve always had weekly goals for ROW80 for exactly that reason. Daily goals are great for short periods of time (the 30 days of NaNo) but I find then unrealistic over a longer time. I hope this works better for you 🙂
